| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University studies graduated;
- Very good English knowledge - speaking & writing;
- Highly developed computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point;
-Minimum 2 years of previous similar experience, preferably within a multinational company;
- Well organized, pro-active, self-starter;
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main responsibilities include:
- Secretarial support for General Manager, including: correspondence, arranging appointments/meetings, answering and transferring phone calls, outgoing/incoming correspondence registration; sending faxes; copying and binding documents, translations;
- Petty cash administration;
- Travel and hotel arrangements and reservations for international and local travel;
- HR activity support (holidays evidence, personnel administration);
- Record minutes of staff meetings;
- Attending clients/ visitors;
