PC knowledge - MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
A. Sales
1. Establishing and maintaining business relationships with strategic customers, identifying and acting on business opportunities
2. Identifying and contacting potential customers
3. Negotiation of contract terms and ellaboration of contract proposals
4. Constant market research for identifying new business oportunities and assesing possibilites of creating products/services to address them
5. Constant communication with customer in order to deliver customer delight
6. Preparation of technical-commercial offers for corporate, institutional, governmental organizations
B. Marketing Support
1. Provides feed-back to marketing team regarding specific marketing activities and customer/market needs on specific products/services
2. Provides support in the elaboration of sales promotion activities, branding, packaging, design
C. Product management
1. Provides feed-back on already implemented/delivered systems, their success/failure ratio, functionality and needs for improvement
2. Learns about technical documentation for allocated products (manuals, warranties)
3. Participates in making of promotional materials (special offers, catalogues, brochures) and is responsible for the correctness of materials
D. Project management
1. Responsible for planning, implementation and measurement and re-dimensioning of projects together with project and product managers
2. Request advisory from project managers regarding delivery time and conditions on specific customer requests/projects
