UpperRanchCo is looking for a Consulting Resource Manager / Recruiter who is ready for a new challenge with an innovative international company.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Description:
The Consulting Resource Manager will work remotely with the UpperRanchCo Project Team in the United States to ensure that all consulting resource needs are met by being responsible for the entire resource management lifecycle process from recruiting to managing consulting resources. Activities will include:
Working with the UpperRanchCo project team to understand immediate and future consulting resource needs.
Recruiting consulting resources.
Tracking and reporting on recruiting activities and results.
Maintaining a database of qualified consulting resources.
Documenting the needs (requisitions and reports) to ensure a thorough understanding of them.
Prescreening of all consulting resources (program and company fit, salary expectations, security eligibility, etc.)
Scheduling and conducting appropriate consulting resource interviews.
Managing the hiring decision making process.
Preparing and presenting job offers to consulting resources.
Managing consulting resources on the project by ensuring their needs are met.
Maintaining schedules and time records of consulting resources.
*ALL activities surrounding this position will be done in English (i.e. e-mails, phone calls, reports, etc.)
Requirements:
Team oriented, strong English communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to self motivate, work independently, handle multiple tasks, meet established targets, and work within critical milestones.
Strong interpersonal/marketing skills, with the ability to work and build rapport with consulting resources.
Ability to use business applications such as MS Office, the Internet and fast typing proficiency are key.
Results oriented and able to effectively gain extensive knowledge of consulting business environment.
Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule / evenings.
IT / Recruiting / human resources background preferred.
