| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Good business analyses skills
• Strong awareness of processes and business operations
• Bachelor degree although preferable Master Degree or similar
• Strong Project Management Knowledge
• Familiar with Telco/ISP environments
• General knowledge of IT Infrastructure
• Excellent MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Project Server skills essential
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Very good computer literacy
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PRINCE 2 desired
• Exposure to UML/RUP, ITIL, Prince 2 is an advantage

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Project Management: Gathering business requirements and defining business plan, project scope, project plan, milestones, resources and deadlines. Responsible for managing project within budget, milestones, quality and planning.
• Managing of requirements/ (new products) assessments and feasibility studies
• Managing projects and processes within the BSS, OSS, B2B, ERP & Web functional areas
• Responsibility for progress reports / project status
• Responsibility for communication with various stakeholders
• Supporting communication with IT teams, business and vendors
• Advise CIO-management at operational and tactical level for quality improvements
• Quality assurance & Improvements – in conjunction with the Application Services Manager.
• Offer support to the team activities
