American Call Center Supervisor

Responsible for the day to day operations of the Telemarketing Department which generates revenue through telephone solicitation of appointments with our field representatives in ourair conditioning maintenance/ service department service

Supervise the daily activities of the telemarketing staff; schedule staff for telemarketing shifts; hire, train, evaluate and motivate personnel; work toward achievement of budgeted sales quotas Place outbound telephone calls to customers to solicit appointments; Issue required reports including sales numbers in total and per telemarketer prepare payroll work sheets and charge back forms for approval Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
