CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• university degree
• strong direct sales experience for more than 2 years
• successful track record of new business development with major accounts
• sales in advertising will be a plus
• very good presentation skills
• customer service orientation
• team-worker
• very good computer skills, esp. Microsoft Office
• good command of English, both in writing and speaking
• excellent communication abilities
• Availability to travel in Romania; driving licence (B) would be a plus |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Subordonated to the Managing Partner, the person will be responsible with meeting the sales and business development objectives and tasks.
• To analyze the market and develop the list of clients
• To sell the agency's services and projects
• To draft and deliver presentations
• To renew contracts w/ existing clients and develop those accounts
• To provide regular reports, forecasts, field intelligence
Salary to be negociated according to the competencies and expertise. Mobile phone, access to company car, laptop are granted. |
