CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-3 to 5 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified with strong IT knowledge MYSQL, C#.
-Ability to initiate and direct technical projects with knowledge in MySQL, MSSQL and C# in support of strategic and operational goals
-Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
-Skills in telemarketing program development and/or administration

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
1. Develops and implements comprehensive strategic plans and development strategies for the organization.
2. Establishes and implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.
3. Works with statewide consortiums and internal departments to develop plans and procedures for the coordinated delivery of telehealth services and/or distance education programming; explores and identifies opportunities for sharing systems and technologies, equipment, and expenses.
4. Defines and oversees the development of business plans and service contracts/agreements, including negotiation of terms of payment, scope of service provision, definition of roles and responsibilities, and performance measures.
5. Serves as principal investigator on grant-funded research projects, to include definition of work scope and methodology, development and writing of grant proposals, and direction of all grant administration activities.
6. Prepares functional specifications for technical support systems; evaluates design options and recommends design parameters; directs and coordinates the installation and/or expansion of network systems and technology.
7. Works closely with senior faculty members, health care professionals, and administrators to define current and emerging telehealth and distance education needs and opportunities.
8. Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in telecommunications technologies and telehealth applications in operation nationwide.
