- Minimum 1 year management assistance / administrative experience;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English);
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments;
- Good PC skills (MS Office, databases, Internet)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Assist the Country Manager to meetings -
- Prepare documentation for discussions and briefing sessions
- Preparing documentation for Board meetings
- Handle and follow up to payments, contracts, travel arrangements
- Mentain office filling system, prepare minutes of meeting
- Collect, register and mentain information on project activities by reviewing reports and through first hand sources
- Preparing daily news reports, by checking the newspapers and selecting the articles relevant for the company,s activity field
- Provide support to the Country Manager for the organisation of meetings (eg agenda, meeting room and hotel booking)
- Translation from romanian to english
- Primary accounting
- Responsible for general administrative and secretarial office duties, including editing and updating reports, preparing proposals, contracts, letters, faxes and memos;
