Director of management projects

-Monitoring and analyzing the market in respect of developments and trends related to new structures, new process models, project management methods, new technical systems and applliances;
-Analysis and documentation of company´s processes and structures and elaborating/implementing concepts for their improvement;
-Developing solutions for realisation od company´s strategies;
-Checking solutions concepts for their conformity and impact on processes and structures;
-Definition of process targets and service levels in the company;
-Calculating personnel productivity and process´ costs;
-Developing project managenent culture;
-Coordinating projects;
