| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Academic background (Finance, Banking, etc.) MBA is a plus
• Minimum 2 years in banking, branch experience is a plus
• Banking legislation; commercial and civil law knowledge;
• Risk, Operations & Market awareness
• Analytical skills
• Initiative and flexibility
• Solutions and results driven
• Knowledge of the banking, insurance and European Union legislation
• Conscious of the economic, political, marketing environment
• English language – fluent | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Identifies the client target groups within the Retail Banking market
• Analysis and assessment of the relevant situations and competitive environment for the specific segment
• Ensures accurate knowledge on the evolution of both the local and international markets of: funds, securities and investment products, insurance, banking products
• Implements the most appropriate and cost efficient channels of distribution for the specific Segment
• Leads the product development processes (pricing, promotion and distribution tasks included), i.e to: provide feedback and support for promotional material (PR & Marketing), suggest product and services promotions, analyze Investment products profitability
• Offer support to branches and HO departments regarding channels; promotional materials and products and services promotion
• Assess and monitors reports on sales and profitability and proposing remedial actions
• Monitor external providers effectiveness; originating and implementing of remedial actions
• Reconciliate financial data coming from External providers |
