CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

The Partner Relationship Manager is responsible for recruiting partners and cultivating effective and efficient relationships between them and UMT in order to fully leverage current and future opportunities for our clients. Our ideal candidate has great relationship-building skills with a background in technology (not mandatory though) and business development. The ideal candidate must enjoy operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and competitive environment with a focus on partner success.

Scope and Impact: plan, execute and maintain

- Recruit partners to sell and deliver UMT software products
- Develop and manage partner readiness programs
- Manage partner relations: respond to their needs and engage them.
- Support partners sales effort
- Track partners sales

Expectations:
- Gained knowledge of customers/partners, resulting in effective implementation
- Develop and manage the governance structure
- Understand key behaviors and cross-cultural competencies that lead to collaborative success
- Learn how to interpret feedback with minimum assistance
- Developing the ability to be proactive

Skills
- Excellent verbal and written control of the English language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferable some sales and/or marketing experience
- Emotional intelligence: Able to understand conflicts, Able to recognize when he/she needs to escalate possible problems
- Project management capabilities
- Demonstrate an adaptable and flexible working style with one or two culturally diverse groups
- Develop productive relationships with key internal UMT contacts, which result in improved teamwork
- Understood the basic principles of global marketing
- Working to achieve day-to-day consensus without escalation

Basic education: degree in English / Communication / Business / MBA
Previous experience: preferable similar job, but may be also sales and/or marketing position or customer relation position.
Area of action: worldwide, with a focus on EMEA.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Create partners programs
- Build program information
- Prepare partnering collateral and agreements
Recruit partners
- Survey market to identify partnering opportunities
- Understands UMT product offerings and capabilities
- Respond to partnering opportunities and create first contacts
- Understood the relative strengths and weaknesses of the partners
- Understand the value proposition framework, and articulate business value message for partners
- Implemented a partner recruitment campaigns, and launch plan

Manage partner readiness
- Manage partner skill building including training
- Create support: sales, deployment, break fix
- Create effective briefing documents to generate marketing materials, resulting in more-effective communications collateral that required minimal review
- Adapt UMT collateral, presentations, scripts, and demos to local partner needs
- Create and manage partner events
- Create partner share point site
- Create join UMT partner marketing events and possibility of using the UMT events including webinars

Manage partner relations
- Understands partner satisfaction and strives to achieve it
- Participate in partner calls, resulting in increased awareness of the relationship between UMT and partners
- Understand the requirements and perspective of local partners
- Track partner sales
- Manage licensing
- Coordinate/provide support
- Coordinate sales assistance for partners

Manage relations between partner and UMT groups
- Interface with legal, product and marketing functions
- Develop internal credibility, based on consistent "above and beyond" delivery,
- Built network of key contacts outside of PG team - Learn whom to contact on internal teams to address questions
