| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Ubisoft Romania is looking for Recruitment and Development Manager to join the actual HR team.
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver full-cycle recruitment service, building and maintaining excellent working relationships with managers and internal departments;
- Post open positions on corporate and external websites;
- Arrange interview schedules for job candidates;
- Advising managers of market conditions, best practice, best candidates and generally facilitating the recruitment process by working with the manager;
- Establishing excellent relationships with key suppliers and ensuring that they remain motivated to support the fulfillment process;
- Ensuring compliance with the agreed recruitment processes;
- Researching and developing an understanding of market trends within designated areas of recruitment: skills, geographies, demographics, alternative sources of potential candidates, organizations competing for potential candidates.
- Maintain job requisition files and resumes;
- Develop all employee-levels regarding their skills and needs of the company;
- Plan and execute training programs for all levels;
- Customize and implement the group appraisal process in the company;
- Provide management with reports on a constant basis

- Experience in competency-based interviewing and candidate selection techniques;
- Exposure to the issues associated with recruitment – legislation, HR practices, trends, sourcing issues, alternative recruitment solutions
- University degree;
- Fluency in English or French, both would be an advantage;
- Innovative and strategic thinking;
- Previous experience in leading and developing employees;
