| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Ubisoft studio in Romania is looking for candidates that can create and design missions and gameplay for AAA titles. The perfect candidate should be able to consider game-wide issues such as game mechanics, interface, storyline, gameplay pacing and balance. You will be expected to contribute with content for a living design bible and create detailed, easy-to-follow design documentation, level walkthroughs and more. Written and verbal communication skills are a must in order to clearly translate creative ideas into a workable design, interfacing with artists, programmers, and the other designers.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of a wide range of game genres across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Clear and concise writing ability in English demonstrable through writing samples.
- Exceptional verbal and presentation skills in English.
- Understanding of issues facing various types of game play, artistic and technical considerations, and the ability to forecast the ramifications of decisions made during the concept/pre-production phase.
- Ability to work in a team environment with maturity and foster a relationship that involves the entire team in the overall design.
- An active interest in computer games and the computer game industry.
