As a Call Center Manager, you will:
- Responsible for the call center leadership
- Managing and development of the call center team
- Makes precise reports about the efficiency of the call center and improvement needed to the top management
- Organize the call center activities
- Sets up action plans for the improvement of the service and the application of the procedures of resolution
- Is in charge of the permanent follow-up of the handled technical issues to improve the quality of service


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

TO QUALIFY, you must have:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent coaching and facilitation skills required
- Ability to make operational decisions in a fast-paced, high stress environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent understanding of the basics of Customer Satisfaction
- Management background
- Techicall background - very good knoledgement in hardware
- English is mandatory - French a plus.
