| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Ideally suited candidates will possess these characteristics:
• Extensive experience developing web applications, especially the back-end of high-scalability/availability sites
• Thorough knowledge with web standards, such as XHTML, XML, JavaScript, HTTP
• Strong data structure and OO-design skills
• A penchant for test-driven development
• Helpful experience includes: Java, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Python, PHP, Ajax, RSS, web services
• Expert knowledge of MySQL database server and database design
• Strong communication skills in English |

DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
Twodecode bvba (www.twodecode.com) is a startup based in Oostende, Belgium, near the North Sea, offering employee time and presence tracking services through telephony and mobile devices. Twodecode is setting up a new office in Bucharest in order to develop and enhance its time and presence tracking software and support the main operation in Belgium.
