| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Technical University Degree;
- Minimum 1 year experience in new projects implementation in production (Automotive field is preferred)
- Good communication abilities, stress resistance, able to respect established dead-lines;
- English – advanced level;
- Ability to speak other large circulation language constitutes an advantage;
- Very good PC skills – MS Office, Internet, AutoCAD, etc.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Executes process FMEA and resulting working plans;
- Planns and defines logistics concepts, including plant layout, material flow etc;
- Participates at cost calculation of the offers, monitors production costs (time cicles, capacity and tools costs);
- Leads special projects – new products and processes implementation, capacity adjustments, etc.
