| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Fluency in English – both writing and speaking
- University degree in a relevant field (preferably Marketing, Economics, or Law)
- Minimum 3 years experience (preferably in debt collection)
- At least 1 year managing people
- Good knowledge of credit & collection operations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power point)
- Comfortable with reports
- Organized and detail oriented
- Results and customer oriented |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Coordinate and supervise a team of collectors
- Administrate clients accounts
- Evaluate and boost performance and productivity of the team
- Communicate and carry out the daily interaction with clients
- Generate regular and on-request collection related reports
- Interact professionally with debtors via telephone and mail
