1.C++ Developer:
- Good Knowledge of C++, COM, ATL/MFC, STL, Windows SDK;
- Basic Knowledge: Windows Sockets, SQL;
- Advantages: Windows Multimedia, Cryptography, SSL.

2..NET Developer:
- Experience in Microsoft .NET development specifically targeting ASP.NET and web development through XHTML. It is also important that knowledge exists in the area of installation and deployment programs
- Microsoft.NET 2.0, ASP.NET, XHTML, SQL, C#, GUI design knowledge, and ASP.NET web controls development, Install Shield, Wix, MSI
- Experience in the following areas is considered a merit: Microsoft Content Management Server, Microsoft SharePoint Server, Business System Integration, SOAP, Ajax, C++

3..ASP Classic Developer:
- Good knowledge of ASP, SQL, XHTML, JavaScript, ShellScript, GUI design knowledge
- Experience in COM, SQL Server, NT-server setup, Active Directory

4..Oracle SQL/PL-SQL developer:
- Strong SQL/PLSQL knowledge
- Strong tuning/optimizing Oracle 10g SQL capabilities
- Strong indexes knowledge on Oracle 10g platform
- Data Warehouse design/implementation knowledge/experience would be considered a plus

5..Java developer:
- OOP and OOD
- At least 1 years of experience on java/j2ee platform
- VERY GOOD knowledge Java/j2ee
- VERY GOOD knowledge of SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
- STRUTS, Java Servlets, JSP knowledge, tag libraries, XML
- GOOD knowledge of Design Patterns
- Considered a plus: Jakarta projects (commons, velocity, OJB, JUnit and related testing and development methodologies), Apache projects (log4j, axis), web services
