1. Technical Manager (Code TM)
- Work with the executive team to provide best practices, management standards and execution guidelines;
- Analysis of the current business units and issuing development plans for re-designing the processes;
- Enforce the Information Security Policy, technical procedures and standards;
- Facilitate and mentor the project managers and teams through the planning and implementation phases of their respective components of the projects;

2. Project Manager (Code PM)
- Responsible for project-based work efforts within his area of expertise
- Manages the start-up, execution and closure of each project.
- Coordinate the project team members from a technical and managerial perspective.
- Evaluate the training, guidance and performance of the project team members as well as project results.
- Coordinate the counseling, implementation, training, help-desk, maintenance and technical assistance activities within the projects.
- Keeps a continuous and effective communication with the customers, determines business needs, then measures and documents success in achieving the goals.
- Define an interrelated series of tasks that must be performed for the successful completion of a project.
- Utilize a proven methodology to plan, direct, monitor, adjust and control project plans.
- Resolve issues of scope, resource availability, resource expertise, budget constraints and deadlines
- Check and give approvals to the project documentation, resources involved and weekly briefings on the projects status

3. C++ Developer (Code CD)
- Good Knowledge of C++, COM, ATL/MFC, STL, Windows SDK;
- Basic Knowledge: Windows Sockets, SQL;
- Advantages: Windows Multimedia, Cryptography, SSL.

4. JAVA Developer (Code (JD)
- OOP and OOD;
- VERY GOOD knowledge Java;
- VERY GOOD knowledge of SQL and Oracle PL/SQL;
- J2EE related technologies knowledge;
- STRUTS, Java Servlets, JSP knowledge;
- HTML, XML, XSL, FOP knowledge;
- GOOD knowledge of Design Patterns (GoF patterns);
- Familiar with JUnit and related testing and development methodologies;
- Considered a plus: AOP - AspectJ, JFunc, BCEL, PKI knowledge, XSL, Flash.

5.Oracle DBA (Code DBA)
- Allocate system storage and planning future storage requirements for the database systems;
- Monitor and optimizes the performance of the database;
- Create and maintains database objects;
- Assist in defining complex queries and SQLs, possibly coding complex SQLs;
- responsible for optimizing data access and performance by tuning indexes;
- Participate in developing relational data models and perform database updates;
- Analyze and implements Data marts/Data warehouse models;
- Assist System Administrators with tuning the memory and disk load balancing;
- Ensure that database backup and recovery strategies are processed properly;
- Perform installations and upgrades of database software, monitoring and fixing bugs.

6. QA Manager (Code QA)
- Define test strategies for applications.
- Define and coordinate the implementation of Software Test Plan for all applications.
- Update the processes, procedures and methodology of the department, RUP methodologies, project needs and client requirements.
- Prepare and execute test plans, cases and defect reports; perform Integration, Functional, System, Regression and Acceptance testing of software as well as performance testing, implement automated test scripts.
- Identify and find bugs, as well as propose better solutions for implementation, with emphasis on usability.
- Internal call management for the Development Department (bug tracking) using document management.
- Test of releases, versions, hot fixes and patches.
- Quality assurance for development process, specification reviews, risk analyses
- Elaborate documentation: full test plans, requirements management, full test reports, others.
- Encourage company's quality policies and support the continuous improvement of quality for all processes part of the company quality system among all colleagues.
- Track the quality of products and act for achieving the proposed quality for all products.
