Escalating to the specialists when a customers has a real serious technical problem that requires specialists's support. Controlling that the follow-up of the customer's requests are completed. Writing web pages. Preparing statistic reports. Requirements: Italian and English written fluently. PC knowledge. Internet knowledge. Excel. Word. Creating webpages, maintaining a website. Remuneration as free-lance consultant with monthly payments. The perso will work at his home so it's necessary to have the availability of a fast Internet connection for internet and Voip connection.
