| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar job;
- PC usage is a must;
- Client oriented;
- Team player, Target oriented;
- Proficiency in English; German and any other international used language is an advantage;
- Tourism Certificate is an advantage.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Listen and identify the clients’ needs;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
- Must be proficient in making and selling travel offers, accommodations and transportation (ticketing, transfers) around the world;
- Resolves customer questions, complaints and requests;
- Participation to tourism fairs, events, educational trips.
