| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
o Enthusiast, assertive, able to work independently and customer oriented.
o High quality communication skills are very much appreciated.
o Highly computer literate experience (advanced user) is desirable: Excel, Access, Outlook
o Previous experience in logistic, international holier transport or fuel card business could be an advantage.
o English language knowledge is a must.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
o Sales of euroShell cards to small and medium transport companies through telephone;
o Maintain and develop existing customer relationships;
o Win new customers;
o Develop new opportunities with prospective customers and generate leads;
o Strict credit management process to be followed;
o Carry out price negotiations with customer and prospective customers, preparing quotations and proposals and agree on all operational requirements including price, contract, payment terms and services;
o Plan, monitor and achieve individual and team sales targets (e.g. in terms of volume, margin, growth and credit management);
o Contribute to a knowledge sharing and learning culture within Sales to develop Sales and Marketing expertise.
