| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We are looking for:
• A strong, energetic, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• A strong, analytical mind and the capacity to translate the customer needs into our solutions
• A team player and motivator who is self-disciplined
The candidate should have:
• Experience in Logistics and / or a very good understanding of logistic processes in big companies
• A successful professional track record including 3-4 years of relevant account management experience
• A proven ability to manage large key accounts
• Experience in selling IT and / or Logistic solutions will be an advantage
• Native knowledge of Romanian and very good English, German is an advantage
• Can work independently, as he/she will be working from home in a fast growing market
• Finds it challenging to bargain the best possible deals during contract negotiations
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job description Account Manager:
As Account Manager for e-logistics solutions, the candidate will be responsible for the development of market and customer strategies with the main focus on the acquisition of new customers in the Romanian market. He or she will work closely with our System Integration department to find the ideal solution for our customers and will report to the Regional Sales Manager of Eastern Europe, who is based in Krakow, Poland. The candidates working place, however, would be a home office in Romania.
The candidate will be responsible for:
-Managing a client portfolio of key customers
-Proactive involvement in the development of new customers:
• Prospection of potential customers
• Presentation and demonstration of business applications
• Offering specific solutions for customer requirements
• Liaison between the customer and the IT-experts at Transporeon
• Project management: Evaluation / Follow up / Building a long term relationship
