RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Profile:
ü Coordination with regional control center and interfacing with other international offices
ü Coordination and interfacing with local clients, vendors and agents
ü Expediting of activities to receive and ship material in a timely manner
ü Overseeing export clearance and transportation activity of local agents
ü Preparing daily and weekly status reports
ü Business development and sales activities to promote organization and generate more business and revenue
ü Prepare weekly status report to MD
ü Receive and verify vendor invoices
ü Soliciting quotes and assisting in preparation of bids
ü Follow-up with concerned departments on documents and file status
ü Maintaining online tracking of all files
ü Updating and maintaining job files
