CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance / Accounting / IT / Manufacturing / Production Engineering / MBA any other area related to Finance or AR & Collections is a must.
- Accurate, communicative, team player, good interpersonal skills, energetic, customer
oriented, logical thinker.
- Strong project management skills and experience, excellent communication and
presentation skills,
- Relationship management skills and Problem solving approach.
- Results oriented, proactive, tolerance to extensive traveling
- Very good German and English skills


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

The job will more specifically involve the following:
- Responsible for project management of migration processes
- Project Planning – estimating timelines, costs, resource requirements and execution
- Monitor project, take corrective actions if needed, report on project progress
- Manage all stages of the migration process
- Ensure seamless transfer of business processes from customer site to receiving site
- Responsible for assessing processes and recommending solution/potential for migration
- Manage relationship with customer
- Team management during transition
- Handover of the transitioned processes to the operating managers
