Trainee Operation / Logistics / Branch Manager

GCA is a major player in the logistics market in Europe with more than 6500
employees we are active in the fields of bulk logistics (Chemical products,
petrochemical industry, gas…) and car logistics. We are recruiting to reinforce
our structures in Europe and anticipate our development.
You are a young graduate in Business, Engineering, Logistics and have already
an experience in the logistics sector through placements, or you have already a
short professional experience. In any case you are looking for an organisation
that will give you the opportunity to acquire new know how and competencies
and will give you operational responsibility.
After showing your efficiency through a personalized training period in one of
our subsidiaries in France, of at least two years, during which, you will
experience our businesses, learn our procedures and get to know our culture, and
be confronted with operational challenges in the fields of traffic office
management, commerce, sales, personal management… you will have the
opportunity to take on operational responsibility in key positions, in your home
country.
You are willing to learn, efficient, pragmatic, you have a very good human
touch and guaranty us a geographical mobility. Your personality, open
mindedness, enthusiasm, will make you integration easier in a group that is
characterized by strong common values.
