CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- A good command of English is required
- At least 2-3 years experience in training required
- Experience in the luxury market is an advantage
- Passion for cosmetics
- Management skills
- Teaching skills
- Field oriented
- Flexible in terms of traveling in the field - 70% to 80% of the time in the field, doing trainings or coaching
- Preparation of training files |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Implement training and service strategy for all Luxury Divison brands in Romania
- Basic trainings, advanced trainings, special events
- Establish and continuously review the training and service strategy to marketing evolution to the highest standards in sales attitude, service grooming and merchandising
- Animate and motivate team of BAs in POS (distributors’ Bas and DPL experts) in Romania
- Select staff according to brand requirements
- Establish incentives systems
- Set up and follow up planning, sell out objectives per Beauty Advisor’s and per brands
- Be the link between the company and the field
- Build strong relationships with clients in the field
- Close cooperation with sales and marketing department |
