Trainer

Romania based company is hiring leading trainer/trainers for its revolutionary decision making training method aimed at corporate executives and managers. Fluent English and preferably Hungarian, assertiveness, good poker skills, excellent presentation and people skills required. The ideal candidate has 10 years of work experience, preferably at multinational companies in fields of project management sales and marketing. Training background is not a must, supposing necessary skills are available and improvable.

Duties of the leading trainer include: presenting the trainings of our patented method, instructing co-trainers, and managing relationship with resellers.The trainers must tailor each session to the needs of our customers,
therefore the candidate has to be able to make interviews with clients and process material gathered from the client companies, to fit the specialties of the field our customers are interested in. Good poker skills are
essential as the training method is based on the decision making
mechanisms of poker.

Originally from Hungary, our firm is offering training programs, provides consultancy services aimed at increasing the effectiveness of training. The company owners are economists and winners of numerous poker competitions.
