| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
- University studies
- A high level of experience in elaborating and delivering training programs
- Good exposure to different types of groups
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Good team player, people oriented and focused on results
- Very good knowledge of English and at least an average level in French
- Availability for extensive traveling
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
- Taking part in elaborating the annual training plan
- Assessing the training needs, both individually and in each team
- Adapting the existing programs to the necessities of each population and elaborating new programs when needed
- Administrating and preparing the materials for each session
- Delivering soft skills trainings, but also managerial skills when needed
- Conceiving and delivering follow-up sessions and assessing the results of each session
