| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We are looking for talented, hard-working, career-oriented
- trainee lawyers
- fully qualified lawyers, with relevant experience in the area Corporate, M&A, Antitrust & Competition, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Regulatory and Tax gained in a reputable Romanian or international law firm, in a business or M&A advisory firm or in a large company or financial institution.
Candidates for the positions of trainee lawyers are expected to have passed the Bar Exam.
Candidates for the positions of fully qualified lawyers should be able to demonstrate relevant track records of advisory and transactional work in the areas mentioned above.
We very much welcome candidates with a mixed professional background in any combination of the above mentioned areas or other areas.
Fluency in written and spoken Romanian and English, including legal language, is required. Fluency in any other languages, in particular German and French, is a plus. |
