PROJECT TECHNICAL MANAGER

This candidate will have at least 3-5 years of work experience in web/php applications, html coding, and database design. Further he needs experience in team Managing. He should be goal orientation and action-focused, technically skilled, pragmatic and self-disciplined, good at project planning, organizing, communication, team motivation and delegation.

Recommended education for this position is a degree in computer science or web programming. The ability to work on multiple projects and a strong learning curb will determine the candidate’s development in our team. Communication skills in English are a must. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Candidate will be responsible for directing and coordinating the Romanian work force in the design and production of software consistent with the goals and objectives of the company. This includes managing, designing and planning of projects within the constraints of scope, quality and time, to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction. The candidate will report directly to the project manager in Switzerland

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented.
2. Process design approval documentation
3. Establish or confirm guidelines applicable to the projects
4. Manage all necessary people, work and resources involved
5. Increase development team by actively developing
6. Deliver the required products for each project, phase or stage
7. Ensure quality is achieved as planned
8. Deliver to time and cost within agreed tolerances
9. Establish and update plans with actuals and forecasts
10. Document, obtain approval and track all changes in project parameters
11. Report progress and forecast final targets
12. Manage deviation from plan
13. Escalate decisions and unresolved issues
14. Document and report all obstacles, delay and claims

This position will be responsible for application systems/project planning, estimating, tracking and management. This includes working closely with the business functional areas, in defining project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements and timing deliverables. Position will provide leadership and direction to the application development staff.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly supervises 5-7 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
