CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Totalstay Romania is expanding the Call Center team. We are looking for candidates who speak/read/write fluently English and one of the following languages:

- Dutch
- Spanish
- German
- French
- Danish

Candidates must have fluent English and German/Dutch/Spanish/French/Danish, verbal and written as good as a native, possess an excellent telephone manner and be prepared to do weekend and shift work.

If you have a passion for the travel industry and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career within a very friendly and international environment please get in touch. Candidates who lived and learned German in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spanish in Spain, French in France, Danish in Denmark and Dutch in Holland will be considered.

Reservations Agents/Customer Services Advisors to liaise with clients over the phone and by email, selling our range of over 75,000 worldwide hotels and handling a variety of administrative duties including cancellations and amendments to existing bookings, complaints, book outs, credit card payments and all post-sales issues.
