RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Establishing a purchasing policy according to company's objectives
Defining the purchasing procedures, improving them constantly, applying and controlling them correctly;
Negotiating and concluding contracts with suppliers; establishing prices;
Building business relationships with suppliers;
Managing the purchasing team
Making an item catalogue;
Periodical suppliers' evaluation;
Periodical management report;
Establishing targets for the yearly work plan, stock level end execution standards;
Develops and maintains expertise on the brands, suppliers’ prices distributors and competitors
Recommending suppliers, products, pricing
Ensures retailers’ full availability of stock at all times by close monitoring of quantities.
