CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree (economical would be an advantage)
• Previous experience of minimum 5 years, within external commerce and/or stock exchange companies is a must
• Previous experience as a commodities buyer or trader/ broker
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
• PC proficiency
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organization skills
• Capacity to coordinate a large volume of information
• Analytical thinking manner, results oriented
• Charisma and high professional ethics
• Capacity to create, maintain and develop new and traditional business relationships
• Capacity of decision making and dealing with short dead-lines
• Responsible, open minded, very sociable
• Capacity of foreseeing and syntheses the external factors
• Availability for traveling.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinating the sales and trade-marketing activities for the specific products group
• Identifying new potential suppliers in order to enlarge the commercial portfolio
• Negotiating the conditions of starting and the developing of the new contracts
• Keeping close contact with the traditional suppliers and developing company’s business relations
• Following merchandise orders till entering the warehouse
• Identifying the best promoting methods for the specific products group and analyzing together with the Marketing Department the market tendencies, implementing, following, analyzing the promotions and proposing the prices
• Foreseeing the acquisitions necessary together with the sales managers
• Forestalling the syncope of the products purchase, and discovering similar products on the market
• Optimizing the purchasing, transportation, logistics, marketing and sales chain together with the departments’ managers mentioned above
• Permanently following the prices evolution on the internal and external market
• Negotiating the sales contracts with the internal important clients such as Key Accounts, en-gross and manufacturers
• Following the evolution of sales /stocks/purchasing and maintaining the stocks at an efficient level
