CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Previous experience in selling truck spare parts - at least 2 years
University degree - technical auto background is an advantage
Previous knowledge of truck spare parts market
Previous managing experience
Fluency in written and spoken English
Clean driving licence
Excellent managerial skills and high professional ethics


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Analyzing the market and its evolution and taking the right measures in order to achieve the proposed target
Identifying new clients in order to enlarge the commercial portfolio
Developing and keeping business relationship with strategic clients
Planning strategic sales based on customer needs
Developing and coordinating the office-based activities and human resources
Ensuring the whole needed resources involved in the process
