CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
-Technical University
-min 5 years in food technology and/ or quality assurance
-familiar with quality and/ or food safety management systems (ISO 9001, HACCP) or strong knowledge and experience in food industry requirements (GMP, GHP).
-efficient, capable to organize and follow several tasks simultaneously.
-good communicator;
-team player, with clear leadership qualities
-MS Office (Word & Excel & Power point);
-Good command of English

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
-Pilots and coordinates directly quality and food safety projects: defines project steps, objectives, action plans and teams (with the collaboration of the project steering committee), splits tasks by team, coordinates team work, keeps steering committee up-dated on resources needs, progress, difficulties, decisions needed;
-Responsible for the evolution, adequacy, integrity, coherence and coverage of implemented quality and food safety management systems;
-In charge of implementing new Q & FS management systems according to the requirements of new international food standards.
