HR GENERALIST

University degree;
Relevant courses in HR field;
Knowledge of labour legislation;
At least 3 years experience in a HR department on a similar position (at least a middle management position);
Experience in HR activities in a plant - is an advantage;
Very good knowledge of English;
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision;
Excellent relationship and team work skills;
Organized, capable to perform under pressure.

Job analysis, education and trainings, employee relations;
Recruitment and selection activities for the entire company;
Maintaining records, handling documents, compiling information or data and responding to routine requests with standard documents;
Record employee information-personnel data, benefit and tax data, attendance, performance review, new employment;
Monitor and provide information concerning: reference documents and statistical data on labour legislation, labour market conditions, salary survey for use in review of current contract provisions in respect to any proposed changes;
Internal communication.
