Legal Advisor

University degree in law,
Member of the Bar Association or legal adviser,
Very good communication, drafting and analytical skills,
Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines,
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
Relevant experience in drafting and review of contracts ,
Good knowledge of English language,
Proven time management skills, drive for results and problems solving capabilities,
Real drive and enthusiasm to work in a team.

As a legal advisor, you will be part of a professional team that will allow you to develop both legal and business skills. Your focus will be placed on drafting and reviewing various types of contracts and advisory projects for the companies in our group. Offers legal advise to internal departments and companies in our group;
Reviews and draft a wide range of corporate and commercial contracts (distribution and sales, franchise, real estate, financing, licenses agreements, supply agreements );
Collaborates with all the departments in order to improve the business.
Follow up outstanding matters/issues and ensure timely delivery of work;
Make recommendations involving legal matters.
