• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position. Experience in working for a distribution network is a plus.

• Manages the company’s human resources activities.
• Works with executives to develop organizational design and human resources policies and procedures that are consistent with company strategies and systems.
• Plans and implements human resources programs for various areas of human resources management, such as recruitment, selection and induction, compensation and benefits.
• Oversees employee’s career management by supporting performance reviews, training & development activities and contributing to employee’s motivation.
• Works closely with executive management, and directs the efforts of HR management and related staff.
• Responsible for resource allocation, including budget and personnel.
