| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Must be adaptable, innovative, and professional
• Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook,
• Some travel may be required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
BS/BA degree required
Ability to speak read and write English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Responsible, organized, efficient and flexible person;
Experience in a similar position is an advantage
Secretarial studies is a plus.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Multinational company, we are looking for an Assistant Manager.
Provides administrative support and performs varied secretarial duties;
Prepares reports and presentation materials;
Receives and refers phone/e-mail inquiries;
Answers questions to inquiries and/or direct them to the appropriate resource;
Translates and types different internal documents, reports, tables, memos.
