Environment & Health & Safety Analyst

The suitable candidates for this position should meet the following criteria:
•University degree (technical )
•Relevant work experience (2years) in industrial environment
•Strong computer literacy ( Ms Office)
•Good English skills (both spoken and written).
•Health &Safety qualifications required by law.
•Problem solving and results focus
•Very good communication skills
•Team orientated.

The job incumbent will be responsible to:
-Organize associates participation initiatives, including EHS teams, EHS awareness trainers and emergency response teams.
-Realize field assessments of EHS issues in the organization to ensure all operational activities are consistent with the needs of the organization and requirements of the governmental agency or company standards.
-Ensure the effective implementation of all EHS trainings and programs compliance policies, standards and procedures at the plant/facility.
-Realize periodically audits to ensure the proper use of machine and equipment safeguard, ergonomic improvements, engineering controls safe work practices, and personal protective equipment.
-Investigate the compliance of the contractor’s employer behavior in-site the facility and evaluate the EHS performance of the contract services
-Identify improvements area and implement projects in EHS field.
