CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Required Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Understanding and experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (or above)
- Understanding and experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2003 (or above)
- Understanding and experience with networking basics
- Understanding and experience with programming basics
- Understanding and experience with Excel 2003 (or above) basics
- Advanced verbal and written French communication skills
- Escalated software support and team lead experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent experience

Desirable Qualifications:

- Understanding and experience with SQL Server Analysis Services or Integration Services
- Understanding and experience with Microsoft IIS
SalesForce
- Basic accounting principles
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in additional languages (German, French)

Opportunity Profile : Tier 3 Product Support Specialist with French

Location: Bucharest


This is a challenging and fulfilling position in Clarity System’s Product Development Group. In this role, you will be exposed to a variety of technologies, responsibilities and business problems with an opportunity for significant learning and advancement.

As a Tier 3 – Product Support Specialist you will focus on the highest priority clients with the most complex issues. By delivering world class support you will transform frustrated clients into product evangelists and build mutually beneficial relationships. Your experience and knowledge will be respected and leveraged across the company in the following capacities;

- Investigate, isolate and resolve escalated issues from around the world.
- Stay current on the latest technologies, tools, and support best practices.
- Author technical material for internal and external publication,
- Provide the product support perspective to guide future product investment
- Work closely with management in the Product Development, Product Management, and Professional Services departments.
- Lead a team of Tier 1 and Tier 2 specialists.
