| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
•Suitable academic qualification and/or proven background in Accounting, Purchase registers and general administration functions.
•Good communication skills.
•Good command of English.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
•Run the internal Accounting function.
•Act as point of contact and information provider for the out-sourced book-keeping firm.
•Check that management accounts, VAT, tax returns, and all other regulatory reporting is conducted in a timely and efficient manner by the outsourced book-keeping firm.
•Review Balance Sheet reconciliations provided by the external bookkeeping company periodically.
Offer advise for clearing outstanding items and provide reports or feedback as required to UK Head Office.
•Provide weekly cash forecasts and backup schedules.
•Ensure all sales invoices issued by the Logistics function are accurately captured in the sales registers and collected on a monthly basis.
