Test Lead

We are looking for reliable, dynamic and talented senior software testers, who can take part in Siemens’s most successful and innovative projects.
Among your responsibilities will be:
- Coordination of a test process of a specific test level, with focus on end user testing
- Definition of the test plan and controlling of the testing process
- Analysis and definition of testing strategies and defining requirements to develop testing tools
- Close cooperation with the software development, product management and other IT teams

You are the perfect candidate for this position if:
- you obtained a university degree in IT or a relevant field;
- you have gained experience in SW testing;
- you have an ISTQB certification, advanced level (test manager or test analyst);
- you have project management skills;
- you are attentive to detail and you have sense of responsibility;
- you can have a fluent conversation with the customer in English;
- you do not take things for granted, but systematically analyze them;
- you are creative to simulate different user behaviors;
- you are flexible, quick, and precise in your work;
- you are up for a long term working opportunity at our customers locations in Germany
- you are proficient in English and German language
