CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Informatics or Computer Science
- At least 3 years experience in Functional and performance testing, in HP Quality Center
- At least 4 years experience in Team leading (testing area)
- Experienced in Project management
- Ability to express her/himself in clear and concise manner, both written and spoken
- Analysis and synthesis ability
- Strong reporting capabilities
- Strong abilities to organize tasks
- Experience in management of defect and issues
- Problem solving
- Understanding of issues stages and manage people
- Creative and proactive
- Available to relocate

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Test Delivery Manager in this job role will have expertise in the planning, design, management, execution, and reporting of tests using appropriate testing tools and techniques, and conforming to agreed standards, to ensure that new and amended systems, together with any interfaces, perform as specified together with the business. Typical examples of the deliverables are testing strategies, test plans, test cases, test reports, and quality metrics. The Test Delivery Manager coordinates all test management activities within the project and is responsible for delivering the test project on time and within budget while meeting quality objectives
The Test D. Manager is responsible for the following tasks:
- Build the testing team working with HR team
- Coordonate the team that will implement the testing plans
- Communicate the test project status (detailed, and measurable) to the team members and to management
- Identify and resolve any test project issues
- Create project plan and schedule overall testing activities
- Organize and manage test resources
- Assign roles and responsibilities to test team members
- Verify requirements testability.
