„« University Degree in Informatics or Technical University ¡V automation-informatics, electronics, electrical engineering
„« Knowledge of English language - advanced level
„« Specific courses in the IT field ¡V advantage Certification in MCSA Security for Microsoft Windows 2000, MCAD and mcsd for Microsoft.NET
„« Previous exposure or experience in project management ¡V advantage
„« Knowledge regarding data security and informatics technologies
„« Knowledge of utilized equipment and software (SQL, etc)

„« Organizes the activity of the IT department, sets the objectives and priorities in solving tasks and follows their achievement
„« Sets rules and procedures in order to assure security of the informatics system
„« Plans and develops politics and procedures in order to ensure optimal operations in IT field
„« Organizes studies and analyses regarding information flow
„« Elaborates projects for improvement of the informatic system in the company, draws up studies and analyses of the informatic system in order to introduce or extend the automatic processing of the data
„« Elaborates the project of endowments with informatics equipments, drawing up efficiency studies
„« Maintains the relationship with the firms that assure equipment reparations, making sure that all the projects meet the quality standards and assuring the efficiency growth
„« Estimates the implementation of new software or hardware comparing with the existent ones based on estimation of profitableness and compatibility
