| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
•high-school/university graduate (economics, commercial, technical)
•experience in sales or marketing as an advantage
•PC literacy (MS Office)
•intermediate English written and spoken
•driving licence B
•reliable, flexible, open-minded personality

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Your main tasks:
•to provide administrative support for sales manager (scanning and archiving documents, mail, sales manager agenda, etc.)
•to create offers of steel parts, steel materials, welding materials within information system and submit to sales manager for approval
•to receive and control of orders and submit to sales manager for approval
•to enter orders into information system according to internal rules and procedures
•to create enquiries and orders for steel materials within information system and submit to sales manager for approval
•to create enquiries and orders for freight within information system and submit to sales manager for approval
•to assure office supplies (stationary, expendable supplies, water supplies, etc.)
