TENDER ASSISTANT

The position
You, as Tender Assistant within Roche – Diagnostics Division, are responsible for permanent monitoring of new tenders posted on the Internet with their specification conditions, for preparing the tenders submission documentation and obtaining internal approvals for them. Part of your work is also to analyze orders, to calculate medical equipment spare parts prices and to verify the contracts annexes. The Tender Assistant works in close cooperation with the Marketing Manager, Finance and Logistics department as well as with Sales Representatives.
