| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
For our client, an international online Forex Trading company we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Telesales Representative.
The main goal in this position is to recruit new customers through outgoing calls.
Personality traits:
- Excellent communication and listening skills;
- Trustworthy and Responsible;
- Motivated;
- Works well in a competitive environment with deadlines to meet;
- Ability to deal with stressful situations;
- Must be able to sell and promote services;
- Positive attitude, goal oriented.
Skills and experience:
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Ability to speak any of the following major languages fluently is considered an advantage (Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch)
- Confident in working with computers;
- Students of business, finance or related fields are preferred though fare knowledge in those fields can do.
Working hours:10:00-18:00 Monday – Friday
Compensation: a highly rewarding incentive program based on performance + a base salary. |
