SENIOR RECRUITER

- University degree
- Over 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity;
- Positive, enthusiastic, self-starter;
- Results driven;
- Interviewing skills and techniques, internal advisory and consulting skills;
- Good PC skills – Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Very good English level (spoken & written);

As a Senior Recruiter you are responsible to ensure a timely and qualitative recruitment and selection process, in order to respect the dead-lines to cover with personnel all the projects.
- Organize and coordinate the recruitment process
- Perform interviews and offer feedback to the Supervisors regarding their short listed candidates;
- Identifies and keep a very good connection with the most appropriate recruitment sources; elaborates the sourcing plans;
- Utilizing proactive and various search methods to source candidates;
- Responsible to ensure a timely and complete data recording in the related database;
- Provide quality recruitment and selection reports to management
- Permanent monitoring of the labour market
